Creative Writing in Year 2: Settings

In year 2 we have been looking at photographs of different places and then describing them, using ADJECTIVES.

We are learning that, in English, the describing words go before the NOUNS.

Imagining that we are in the place we chose, we have described what we would SEE, HEAR, SMELL, TOUCH and TASTE.

We then went on to write short stories, set in the place we chose.
