Year 2 meet Paddington and Aunt Lucy

What a surprise year two had when Miss Nadine announced that we would be having visitors to our classes and that they would be going home with each of us!

We discovered that the new members of our groups were Paddington Bear (from 32 Windsor Gardens, London) and his Aunt Lucy (who arrived in a parcel from Lima, Peru).

We learned all about them both from storybooks and scrapbooks and were very excited to find out who would be taking them home first.

We are going to share all about the adventures they will have with us in Public Speaking classes and we will also send each other postcards to keep in touch!
